New York city has many choices for lodging. Some prefer hotels, some prefer to live like New Yorkers. If you are looking for a place entirely for you (no sharing) and want to live for a few days in one of the coolest neighbourhoods, you will like staying with us. Come live for a few days in the East Village! We live here but you have a completely private place for you. Enjoy the private garden, or choose a historic art landmark: Andy Warhol lived and filmed in apartment 6!

The apartments are at E sixth street in the heart of the East Village. The closest subway stations are NYU and Astor Place, 5 minutes away.

The parlor Floor consists of 2 one-bedroom apartments completely renovated (2011). They both feature noise insulating elements in windows and floors, Air Conditioning / Central heating and can host up to 5 guests.

The parlor floor has two one bedroom apartments which have been entirely renovated. We have installed additional noise insulation for your confort: 3 layers on the floor and double/triple windows!

The parlor front apartment is a charming one bedroom apartment which gives you more space with is 11 foot ceilings; it keeps the original mouldings from the 18th century - a unique build to the East Village. You have a great view from the two ten foot windows in the large living area. The bedroom also features a large window, and a the kitchenette/eating area also has a window with some view.
Complete with oriental decor to give it a charming character, it also features a it has a 10 foot high mirror. Vanity fair in an urban setting. Don't miss this gorgeous one bedroom apartment!

It sleeps up to 5 in all comfort; 2 twin size "W HOTEL" beds in the bedroom are joined to make a king size bed (which comes by default, we separate the beds upon request). For families or groups of friends we convert the two daybeds in the living area into beds, where a 5th person can sleep in a rollaway bed.
As all other apartments it has central heating, air conditioning and fans for those who don't like a/c
Free Wifi, IPOD deck and a large plasma HD TV which has about 15 channels (no cable TV) Fully equipped kitchen and all the towels and bedding you need to make this apartment your new home away from home.
