This one bedroom has a fireplace and large eat-in kitchen. Located on the first floor, it has been totally remodelled in a very urban fashion. It has lots of light coming from the large windows in the living area facing the east side in the morning with little street noise. The bedroom faces south overlooking a private garden.
The theme of the apartment is wood. It has unique cork flooring made for walking comfort, which also absorbs noise and custom wooden panels which decorate the walls. The shelving and cabinets are custom made by a master wood carpenter. The plates and holders are mainly bamboo and beautiful hardwoods. The large dining table is a one-of-a-kind tempered glass and wood designed by the owner.
The brand new kitchen has all the facilities you need. The equipment is professional stainless steel. The living area fits up to 3 beds; so we can host groups of five people. (4 real beds and one full size Aero bed, not mattress).
There is an open space separating the bedroom from the living room in which an HD Flatscreen TV slides to either room and an IPod docking radio. Two small steps separate the living space from the (doorless, but curtained) bedroom and bathroom. We invite you to experience this rare jewel in the neighbourhood.
